headers

ok i want to get some headers and i have no clue as to what to get. can some one help me out like best brand and what not thanks

Granite Guy sells all different models of the JBA headers, which I believe are the only headers made for the 3.0.

I doubt that you would get those numbers from the headers alone. An Excalibrator from Bamachips would probably yield better results for less money and it's 100 times easier to install.

I don't think headers would help anything but looks, on a 3.0. If you haven't already, try the e-fan and underdrive pulleys. Feels like it freed up 15 hp on my truck, with better milage to boot. They're alot less expensive than headers too.
