It is a lot of work to install the JBA headers, if that matters to you.

how good is this deal on the headers, because i have read a number of post on a few forums that all say the headers are nice but not enough of an upgrade for the price. i think most of them were in a 3.0 forum so it may be nicer for you... but i still say tires

I say tires but thats just my opinion. What advantages will the headers give you? A couple horsepower? Tires would be my choice.

I say if you planned on getting headers and you can get them for a price, get the headers. I could have bought an ECTED for a good price awhile back but I chose to get my lift instead, and it would have been nice to have saved that extra $200 when I had the chance.

Good man! If possible, get before and after dyno run. I'd LOVE to see the difference. Heck I'd chip in if it costs money.

I say go for the headers Zach, if there's still a good amount of tread on those tires, the 33's can wait

I haven't done a long trip with the headers yet but I don't expect a dramatic improvement in fuel economy. I like the JBAs - they are very well made and add some power. To give you a point of reference, I would say that it's likely that your Bama Chips mod added more go for about the same money and about 1/100th the amount of effort.

Ok..I have a question..do you have a buyer for your current wheel/tire setup? If you do is the price enough to buy the JBAs?
