high rough idle

high rough idle
i have a reallyrough idle.and whenyou pull theplug under thehood my rpms drop form 1500 to 500. i know 1500 is way too high. has anyone had this problem with the 3.0l?

it's a 2002 flex fuel 3.0. i don't know hat plug it was my friend was messing around under the hood.

i know my will do that for a min then will drop after i first start it sometimes longer in the winter when its really cold. but thats weird.
