how long do the 3.0's last?

99' 76k auto, no problems yet (knock on that wood for sure with what I am doing to her!!)

Kept stock and stick, will probably last forever (or over 200k), friend had a stick 3.0 with over 200k, another friend has one with over 250k and doing great, also stick but he just slaped some 35"s on it with stock gears, so well see how long it lasts now

ive got 120k on my red one and 50k on the black truck love them both never had any problems with them other then the egr and dpfe valve small little fixes less then a 100 bucks.

i can remeber there was a guy on rps that had 300k on his 3.0 on the orig trans and engine

I have 216,000 on mine with a udp, borla exhaust, and a k&n cone on a home made pipe intake. No problems out of mine so far.

okay, i might get a mazda b series with the 3.0...its basically the same thing so JBA headers/k&n intake/and a ranger chip should still sync up perfect right?.....

46,000 on mine. Replaced a steering rack and an MAF sensor. Other than that, no problems.

mines got around 255000 in it n its still doin good and turnin 35" tires with the factory gearin with absoutly no problems n they aint even 4:10s

The 3.0 is like the Model T of engines,they just go n go n go,see them in the shop for maint. work with some over 300,000
