fyi I've been using Mobil Synthetic for yrs - am at +217K now - there's also a "Hi Mileage" oil which states on the front it's made for high mileage vehicles - so I use that also. For oil changes I go to garages that either let me bring my own oil & filter or use these oils. I also change the fuel filter at the same time; order the oil & fuel filters off Rock Auto it's cheaper.
