i am looking for a turn key 3.0

i am looking for a turn key 3.0 for my ranger. i am looking for one that is a reman or new. no miles. i want to start over. i have mine with 160k and it sounds like ****. runs like ****. i want to get one that is the same but with no miles. i've been up and down the internet. up and down this site. im starting to think they dont exist. anyone know where i can get one. i kno the common answers: get one from the junk yard and rebuild it or rebuild your own. answer: i dont have the time, skills, or money. im pushing it buying a new motor. but it needs to be done. and i cant have my rig down for too long. its my only vehicle.

Can’t you go to a repair shop and find out where they buy their remans from and go there ?

Maybe an auto parts store… ?

Pep Boys can generally get a rebuilt version of any common engine. If I was going to spend the time and money to install an engine, I would choose anything other than a 3.0.

If you get a reman get the long block setup (reman block with heads). that way you can take yours out, take off all of the accessories and put them on your old engine and then reinstall the engine in the truck.

Short Block (without heads) versions of remans are not worth it, the old heads will have problems for sure.

Any friends in your area to help with an engine change ?

well the thing is, im doing the 3.0 so it'll be a straight swap. i dont have time to swap parts over. and i dont have the skills to do the internals. plus i want all new accesoriies. im talkin a one night engine swap. i've seen it done. and i dont got a pep boys here. just auto zone and all they sell is the block with heads.

If you are swapping everything you it is just as easy to put in a different engine.

Pretty sure it is a direct swap with a zero miles helicopter-shark.
