what mods can i do to get more power and torque out of my 3.0L

Save the money and buy a 4.0, you will most likely always be dissapointed with a 3.0

 

You do what you can. Mine is better than when I bought it.

You didn't say what year your truck is, but here's some information.

Common mods:

MAF mod
Throttle body mod
Intake system
Exhaust system
Chip or flash reprogrammer

Less common:

Roller rockers
Cam
turbo or supercharger

I've done the Xcal2 (bamachips), underdrive pullies, efan, MAC intake, and a borla muffler.. my 3.0L is pretty peppy

 

I Have A 1999 Ranger 2wd With 4.10 Gear Ratio And Cold Air Intake. How Many Pounds Of Boost Should I Run With A Turbo. Oh Yeah I Was Wondering Does Anybody Out There Know Where I Can Get Some Headers For My Truck. Like I Have Checked Jegs, Summit , Jc Whitney, And I Found Nothing.
