JBA Headers

I could of sworn i had a thread up on my exhaust leak already but couldnt find it.

i replaced my manifolds at the same time that i was doing some valve cover gaskets so the project went reasily smoothly and rather quickly. no problems except the dam egr tube.

Verdict and aftermath: I seen slight increase in gas. from 18.5 to 19.3 avg. smoother sounding exhaust, it is a little pepier which i really like.
one thing i do want to stress is if you do these-make sure you torque everything down correctly. hard to get a torque wrench in there so i thought i had things tight enough-i was wrong. it was still leaking at the flange and then it blew out the rtv sealant at the flange. i retorqued them using a torque wrench with crazy extensions and its better now but still leaks a little. itll have to do.
pics soon to come.
