Loose/leaking low-pressure power steering line

2003 Mazda B3000
3.0 V6
294,000 miles

The highlighted line is loose and leaking at the box. By loose, I mean I can physically wiggle it, whereas the others are solid. What's the most likely cause and fix?

Is it possibly just a worn o-ring inside? If so, what is the size?

It looks like there is a bold behind the lower line that loosens that plate. Is that correct? I haven't been able to find any instructions on this assembly.
