Making Sure This Would Work

Ok, I've decided to change my stock exhuast. I've read that a lot of people use flowmaster 40 series. I plan on using this: http://www.flowmastermufflers.com/pr...oducts_id=3401 I want the exhuast to be similar to the Lightning. Would that muffler work for what I want?

I hate that it's been 11 hours and no one's responded to this, so I'm gonna! Even though I really can't answer that question, flowmasters are wonderful mufflers. Personally, I have a $20 exhaust system - a glass pack! lol I wanted LOUD and got...eh...but that's what you get when you have little money! Anyway, I will try to do some research for you and figure out what muffler would be best to make it like the lightning! :)

most people put either Borla, Flowmaster, or Bassanni exhausts on lightnings

and any muffler can be used in a Lightning style exhaust...it all comes down to the muffler shop being able to bed the pipes correctly to get them how ya want them

i personally have the flowmaster 40 series, dumped after the muffler....
