Multiple Error Codes

So my check engine light came on this morning and I had Auto Zone put a code reader on it. It came back with P0401 (EGR system fault) and P0174 (Fuel trim bank two condition), I picked up some fuel injector cleaner hoping that will take care of at least the P0174, but does have an idea of what to look for first? Sensor, valve, solenoid, other? It looks like this might be the first chance I get the actually use that Haynes manual I bought a couple of weeks ago.

Ok, so I used the search function like I should have in the first place, and after reading a butt load of different posts, I fixed this problem by using Seafoam through the brake booster line and running a bottle of injector cleaner through a full tank of gas. I'm not sure which one did the trick, but I smoked up the neighborhood pretty good with the Seafoam, so I'm sure it needed to be done. No more codes or CEL as of this morning.
