need help please..

ford ranger 2wd 3.0 v6

i need some help, i replace the water pump, the fan clutch and fan blade, my truck is not overheating anymore but im having problems because the fan is blowing air to the radiator and you could feel hot air blown off in front of the truck instead of sucking air out of the radiator and blowing it to the engine, and im experiencing jerking of the truck while accelerating and notice the a/c stops working and starts to blow warm air, any ideas would be appreciated TIA!
