Drives great to rough idle and no power loss. It’s like the light Is not on. Popped up when I was in the highway, I think o2 some people say upper intake gaskets manifold.
Bank 2 system to lean check the vacuum lines didn’t see anything cleaned maf and throttle body intake, thank!

 

Dirty or malfunctioning fuel injectors can be the culprit. Have you tried adding some "Techron" or "Seafoam" to the gas tank? Stuff works pretty good. It also helps others if you state things like, the year, mileage etc.. and is regular maintenance done to the vehicle?

 

Did you ever find a solution for this? Im having the same problem with my 96
