new motor

i now own my ranger so i want to do a new 3.0 with a new tranny to start fresh. anyone know where i can get one with 0 miles on it and for a good deal? just figured its better than throwin out 10 grand plus for a new truck. when i could have a new motor for 4 or 5 max. i must put emphasis on the 0 miles part, i want a new one not a refub'd one.

is there a reason why you want a 3.0?

very very reliable motor and it is the one that is in now, i do not want to deal with a swap or wiring and honestly the 3.0 is the motor that i need, just a dd. fell in love with it the day i drove it. and yes, i have drove the 4.0 as well as the 350

not bashin on the 3. i love it. i wouldn't call it a beast or intimidating but its definitely reliable.
as to where to buy one, im not certain, i know ive seen new engines on like Jegs.com and summitracing.com but they all might be v8's

you can get reman ones from any dealer lol but you have to have a good chunk of cash. Parts stores sell remans i dont see the big deal with this my friend did it and has had no issues
