A little confused on this one.The cap that came with the truck was a screw on (threaded) and the snout from the value cover is notched and then turn.Checked with Ford and a few parts houses and they say all they have for the 2001 3.0 is a screw on ?

Disregard,found one through trail and error.More error though.

 

Lost mine after changing the oil in it at College went to Orielly's (spl?) adn had one just like the factory could not tell the difference... if you are looking for parts that are closest to stock go to the Canadians they know their Rangers lol
