oil leak out of harmonic balancer.

oil leak out of harmonic balancer.
I have oil leaking out of my harmonic balancer center bolt. recently did my front main seal and it is not leaking out of the front main seal, its just coming out of the bolt and getting on the inside of the crank pulley. what could this be and how do I fix it?
