oil pressure gage dancing

When the truck is warm at idle. The oil pressure gage dances up and down, levels right out when the moving. Is this something that should concern me?

Use the search button for cam syncro.
These oil gauges are a "dummy" gauge and only register when the pressure is about 6-8 psi and always show in the mid-range.
