Alright guys so this issue is driving me officially nuts. I just changed the coil pack on my truck to see if it would solve the issue but the rough idle and the CEL are still there. I was thinking of changing the spark plug wires but I kind of feel it wont fix anything. Someone told me that it can be the CrankPositionSensor. What do you guys suggest I do next? I really really hope I don't have to end up getting new heads for the TSB valve issue these engines had.
