i have a 99 XLT 3.0L with the off road package. I have been thinking about lifting it. i know people have lifted their 3.0's but with already bad gas mileage due to high revs (automatic trans shifting at like 2500-3000rpm), how much worse is it on gas for you guys with a lifted 3.0?

 

i have an 02 3.0l 100k. 3 inch lift with a little more on top of it. im getting 15mpg city now, but im having some issues. before i was getting 17-18 city and 22 highway

 

are you having MPG issues or other issues with the truck?
