Icon5 Ranger hard start issue HELP COLD START

Hello a little help needed.

I have 1994 v6 automatic ranger Spalsh , The truck turns over fine , spark is strong , injection pulse is fine , new fuel pump ( feul fine ) but when cold the truck will not start unless I spray some starting fluid in her ..then she good for the rest of the day. Any ideas ( cold state system ??? ) Any inf would be great . Thanks
