Rear shocks replacement

I have been working day and night trying to get the bottom bolt off the of passenger side rear shock. I have tried breaker bars, lots of pb blaster, and the floor jack and I haven’t been able to move the bolt anymore. I am very close to cutting it off but I am having a hard time finding where to buy the replacement bolt and nut. It’s a 1999 ranger with 183k miles and I’m pretty sure these are the stock shocks. Anyone have any ideas?

Any hardware store can sell you a suitable replacement. Make sure it's at least Grade 8. It also doesn't have to be an exact match, unless of course those kind of things bother you. In that case I'd say get 2 of them.
