Put 1/2 a pint in the transmission. Shifts smoother and no more slipping. Works well on power steering pump too, to cure that whining sound.

 

What transmission do you have? It worked well on my A4LD for about a year.

 

Don't know. I have a '99 2WD. Gonna change the trans fluid tomorrow. Hopefully it still doesn't slip after the fluid change. I don't think think fluids been maintained either since I got it. It has 156xxx miles on it now; looks reddish-brown. Doesn't smell burnt though.
