so i need to change my fluid cause i'm geting a little worreid about my trans and i think it might be going so i want to try changing my fluid to see if it helps at all. so can i get some help on what kind of fluid i will need and whats the best way to change it.

my truck is a 2WD auto 3.0 XLT
