Tune required?

I just installed a new intake, maf sensor, and throttle body spacer. Do I need a tune? It's a 99 3.0 flex fuel.

You don't NEED a tuner, I do recommend them though. I tuned mine for the bigger tires, and other things and I gained a little more MPG's and it idled smoother than before. You can also use the tuner to diagnose and clear trouble codes, so it does come in handy.

But I guess the question is, am I going to hurt or stress the motor witty out it, or cause trouble down the road? I have heard stories about motors running lean and burning pistons. Will I have problems like this.
