Underdrive pulley..what brand?? What belt?

Underdrive pulley..what brand?? What belt?
I'm wanting to put an underdrive crank pulley on my Vulcan but since there's no more underdog,which one should I get? Also since it is smaller what belt will I need for it?

otherwise all I have been able to find is Jet and so far their customer service sucks so far 2 emails no response to product questions.
