Unknown Wire/Grounding

I am putting my 2000 ranger 3.0L back together and have this wire, unsure where it is supposed to go. I believe

it is a grounding wire but not sure where it attaches to

The wires disappear between the ac compressor and power steering. I’m pretty sure I found the connection point on the radiator on the driver side but I am still have issue generating a spark when trying to start up my car. Maybe there another ground I am missing, any tips would be great

I do have another ground point in my exhaust manifold but don’t think it ever had a grounding cable attached

most likely you can find a thread here on how to check the coil pack. That has to do with the plug that goes to it. So how’s the motor started at all?

Found the issue! Crank shaft position sensor wasn’t fully seated, makes sense since no fuel or spark was getting to the engine.
