want to build a carburated v6 for my ranger
i have a 91 ranger that im building put 4.56 gearing possi in it and some 33" mudd terains now looking for more power. i wand to build a carborated v6 wodering if the 3.0 is an option? well wondering if it will marry up to my 2.9 5 speed
I found that while I did enjoy the simplicity of a carbed engine.. the trustworthyness of an injected enine is to die for.. although, an injected system can have lot sof issues if not tuned right as well :-)
What if you want with a carbed 302?
What if you want with a carbed 302?
the only reason i didnt want to go to a 302 was the weight and haveing to loose all that i already put into drivelines and clutch suspension . etc. i am actually thinking about a 2.8 v6 now. just because edelrock has a intake manifod for it so it would be carburated with secondarys. i would just build the 2.9 but im haveing issues finding an intake manifold for it
