what is it going to be used for?
im not sure they still make an stx, but thoes were more of an off-road type of ranger IMO.
im not sure off the specs on each of them tho.

 

EDGE, if you want to go high, STX, if you want to go low...

 

STX is a styling trim option.

btw, that '05 ranger in that auction is rockin' the '06 STX grille and lower valance.

 

The STX looks a little unfinished. The front dam hangs below the rest of the body which a body kit down the side would fix. The bed is a Mazda bed and the lines seem different where it goes from the bed to the cab. It basically replaced the EDGE in 2005. I believe it has the rubber floor like the edge. It's a nice truck and when done up nice it looks very good.

i guess they chaged the style a little

 

The SPORT replaced the EDGE for model year 2006.

 

The STX is sweet. Gotta love the Sonic Blue as well.

man i hate that mazda bed.. they should have never gotten rid of the flare side...the top of the wheel wells dont even match one is bubble flare the other is like a pinch god who ever said over at for to do that was a moron..

 

i hate that Ford made the STX a street truck....the orgional STX's were 4x4's and some came with a factory lift....

1997 was the last year of the 4x4 STX's.....my truck is a STX...even though it doesn't show...lol...

 

yeah but the FX4 level2 too its spot. And the EDGE. But STX is for sporting around then and now. It should have been the FX2! What do yall think?

 

the non fender flaired mazda matches th ront and rear. But the bed ads more lines and takes the plain out. To catch the ey along with the font bumper.
