That look like fuse holders attached to my NEG ground battery cable- the other end goes into the wiring loom- I have 2 of them- The upper one appears to be damaged- NOW can I just splice each of these wires from their loom locations to a good ground? Or do I need to buy this 60 dollar ground cable?

Oh cool- my neighbor said they were some kind of computer wire grounds- so I guess they can be hard wired together
