Windshield wipers do not work
Air Bag Light flashes code 29 (invalid VIN#) no power to airbag sensor
Door ajar buzz is not working

Does anyone know what relay breaker number controls those items?

 

Check fuse 26 in the dash box.

I did check fuse # 16 on the left side fuse box in the cab. Is that the box you mean?
I'm thinking that a rely under the hood in that fuse box is what I might need to change, if not multiples.
Do you think that until I replace the in cab overhead light, I will have an open circuit?

 

I suggested fuse 26 because it is common to all of the items in your "problem" list. It is in the fuse box at the left end of the dash.
