2023 vs 2024 is my issue. Seems the 2024 had done things to greatly improve the ride quality, does anyone know what all that is? And, did the towing capability at all suffer with the ride improvements?

However it looks like all the controls are now relegated to a large touchscreen, I think I will miss the *****. Anyone have insight and experience in both these key features?
