Ok so i am out of ideas. i want to do any thing i can to my ranger to make it faster? it has the 4.0 and i can not find a cold air for it. or any thing. Please any ideas.

an intake, exhaust, tune, plugs & wires, maybe a screamin demon coil pack and other than that maybe some headers that is if you want em...
