2003 4.0 low idle miss?

2003 4.0 low idle miss?
I have done a simple tune up. Plugs, wires, ignition coil. Replaced air control valve. Cleaned throttle body. It still has a slight miss or rough low idle. It doesn’t have any performance issues while driving except when sitting at a light or stop sign. What’s next?
