3.0 to 4.0 ohv trans swap

does anyone now if the 1996ford ranger 3.0 manuel trans will fit a 1998 4.0 ohv motor

does the wire hardness match the body hardness or do i have to change the dash hardness going from a 1998 ford explorer to my 1996 ranger

your 98 ecu will not even notice the 96 trans. plus i do not think they will bolt up to each other. good luck finding what need.
