30K Mileage Maintance

Coming up on 30K miles, what all should I change?

Current 30K to-do-list:
1) Seafoam treatment
2) Change Oil/Filter
3) Change Air Filter
4) Transmission Flush
5) Change Spark Plugs/Wires (anyone have the motocraft part numbers?)
6) Change Fuel Filter

Anything else I should look at doing?

Why are you Seafoaming.......why are you changin plugs and wires. You only have 30k!

What you need to do, change oil, air filter, fuel filter, and possibly auto trans flush. I have no clue on intervals w/ auto trans.

Change your plugs and wires at like 75k or so. or even at 60k. I've got 82k on my stock wires.

I wouldn't seafoam or change the plugs and wires yet. But that's just me.

the 60k is the big tuneup

Plugs and wires till 100k lol, unless you want to upgrade.
Seafoam no, do that later along with your 100k tuneup.
If you do a trans flush, I'd drop the pan. Clean out the magnet and the pan, and replace the trans filter. Might as well if you are changing out the fluid.
Personally on Auto's I'd do that till at least 40-50k, but if you want at 30k it won't hurt.
Check you brake fluid and power steering fluid condition. You can flush those out too if they look dark, you may be ok though on your 06.

Alright, I'll probably wait on the plugs until 50/60K. Ford recommends doing the transmission service and fuel filter at 30K so I'll do both of those. Differential fluid I'll definitely look at too.
