No "bolt on's", no. The intakes dont really do anything...bout the only thing you can do is stroke them, or put new P&P'd heads, cam, etc. basically no bolt on kits for the ohv 4.0's..

i would build it and drop a wet kit on it and tune. or just a shot of nos on a stock block with a tune ... and whoever said no bolt ons for this truck ahahhahahahahah nos bolts on anything..they make s/c kits for the ohv... you could buy a race ebgine from tom... its just how much $$$$$$$$$$$ you got and time. but believe me there are bolt ons

hmmm. You are an idiot if you consider nos a bolt on..... And as I said there are intakes which really do nothing, exhausts and other worthless **** like tbody spacers. But you are prob one of those people who believe that the tornado really adds 30 hp. And yes there are supercharger kits, but again, they rnt really 'bolt on'. Not to mention it would be cheaper to do a 5.0 swap and still have more hp.. ( that is if you know what you are doing).

oh and as someone who has had to rebuild the top end of the 4.0 ohv, I know the sh!tty designs of the heads.. They are prone to cracking, both mine did. And it's not an easy job replacing them either. Nore cheap. I wouldn't trust the stock heads with a stock engine let alone adding a sc or nos. If you are planning any big hp increases, your best bet is to start with some =&=d heads from tom over at morana racing. If I wasn't planning on selling my truck when all this happened that's the route I would ha e gone. Although I think tom might use rebuilt and core heads instead of new, but it might be super six motorsports, I ant remember.
