4.0 OHV Valve covers

Its about time. 135k and the dreaded valve cover oil leak is in full swing.
I'm gonna do this once, so i'm doing it right. I'll get the rubber gaskets and all that junk, however i noticed that my valve covers are pretty much junk. I've yet to go to the junk yard and see if there are any good sets in there, but i was wondering if anyone knew of a good place to get them new or aftermarket?

Replace your lower intake gasket while your at it. Mine just sprung a leak dumping out coolant, unless the lower cracked.

I have not seen a new source for them which is odd.

finally a bump.
I really cannot find new ones anywhere, and most of the used ones in the JY look just as bad as mine. This is proving to be more difficult than i thought.
Lower intake you say? how much farther down am i going. can't be too much since i'll already be at the valve covers.

Tasca wants 60 bucks for the left side, 100 for the right side.

Its about another 8 or 10 bolts, a bit of black RTV, and a new gasket. Rockauto has a Fel-Pro kit for 70.

I had to do this on my 95 ex, its about an afternoon job.

Update:
I most likely am getting around to this today. I kicked my Fiance out (sent her to go pick out a new mattress, I know, i spoil her. lol)
I went earlier this week to a guy i found on Craigslist who was parting out a 4.0 Expo it had less than 80,000 on the odo, he said he had no idea what happend, but one day it stopped.
If i didn't have the 'ol ball and chain with me i would have bought the truck then and there.
Anyways. I took the covers to work, sand blasted the hell out of them, and painted the outsides flat black, they look OEM. I'll have pictures of those later.
Behold my almighty fist! Very clean engine. always maintenanced at the right time.

Toolbox, just casue my fiance had my phone and i told her to document stuff.
