94 Ford 4.0L OHV

It explorer with 4.0L OHV it have 155k miles I get 19 mpg in city but not now due winter so I get 16-17.

Have issues with cooling system. It work 100% perfect but it still hot.

temp gauge on dashoboard wasn't work right when I got. It alway say COLD.

I replaced radiator it was leak, new thermostat, hoses, cap, and heat cores.

Now I put real temp gauge it 230oF drive HARDER then drive normal mostly 200oF to 210oF.

Do you think too much antifreeze but less water will make hotter? I got wrong bottle which is 100% straight antifreeze. When I pump little out it was kinda thick. It wasn't move like water.

I test coolant it rated to -36oF but I don't trust tester.
