Bama Chips

Who all has a bama chip and is it a pretty nice upgrade to the 4.0 OHC? thanks guys and gals.

I have one on my 3.0 I say just get it so will everyone else best bang for you buck!

I had the X1 on my 3.0 and the X2 on my 4.6L:) Well worth the money.

which one do you reccomend? the single program chip or the eliminator switch chip? or did you just get the tuner and turn your truck into a Shelby? lol

I reccomend the programmer. You can switch back to stock if you need warranty work. I am not sure how the chips mount on the new PCM's, but the dealership can tell if you have one. Plus you can update it with your computer and a USB cable and modify programs or add new one's.

i agree, im running the bama chips programer with my s/c, well worth the cash,

to me, before the s/c the programer was the single best mod you could do to get more power ...

Anyone know where i can get one? I know Doug is out of town and i need it by Fri 10/14 thanks in advance.
