changing spark plug wires

So I just bough my ranger about a month ago and even though I know its way early I'm changing my plugs and wires (I have no idea how it was treated before I purchased it so I am babying it a little). I picked up Motorcraft plugs from a local dealer and am looking at JBA Headers W0675 wires. Any thoughts on these or what else do you recommend?

Kinda confusing from his post but he's talking about sparkplug wires and not headers. Jba makes sparkplug wires to.

Just be careful when taking them out. When I bought my ranger and changed the plugs for the same reason, I almost rounded the plugs off because they were rusted into the block. At 135k miles they were still the original plugs. I'd recommend a lot of PB blaster if you start running into any trouble.

I actually just changed mine today. I used autolite wires and they are working good now and were easy
