Check Engine

My check engine light started flashing on the way home tonite. I got on the gas and it started. I pulled off the road and check my cat to see if it was hot I checked for smells.. Got back in and it had stopped and didn't come back on again. What does that indicate? lol

You could take it to an auto parts store and they can hook their thing up to it and see. Thats if you dont have a programer or tool to do it yourself.

Can I pull a code up, if the light went off? And does it mean something if the light was flashing??

if it happens again, try replacing the spark plug wires and distributor. if that doesnt stop the missfire, then its mechanical. best of luck
