So I just had a question about replacing my ecu on my 01 ranger 4.0. I need to swap it out, but I am wondering if I am gonna have to have anything reprogrammed. I know when you get a new key you have to get it reprogrammed from the dealer, but if I’m using the original key can I just program it myself? Or will it not need programmed at all?
