Engine trouble

I am having a problem with my 04 4.0L. It sort of shakes and stumbles under light acceleration or when I am climbing a hill. It started a couple months ago and seems to be getting worse. I cleaned my K&N and changed the fuel filter a few months ago and the truck just went over 60 000km.

Thanks

Adam

Does it make a 'marbling' sound as well? You might want to search for 'timing chain problems' and see if it matches what you have. I don't know if the '04s are affected, but it's worth a shot.
