engine woes...

***I did search!!**
When I first start my truck it idles like a hot rod for about 2-3 mins. then it smooths out. After it smoothed out I drove up the street and it has absolutly no power at all(wont even attempt to brake the tires loose on snow.) I replaced the MAF sensor with a new one and still the same symptoms. I'm now looking into it possibly being the EGR valve. Where exactly is the EGR located on a '99 ohv? I relplaced plugs and wires last oil change (1,500 miles ago) so they're new-ish. I sprayed carb. cleaner on all vaccum hoses and around the intake manifold to spot possible leaks and none are present, any ideas on other possible causes? Thanks guys.

Sounds to me like a lack of fuel. Could be because of a large vacuum leak, stuck open IAC, or maybe low fuel pressure.
