EVAP Vacuum line

Does anyone know of a replacement for the vacuum line that goes from the Purge valve driver's side fender area to the intake manifold just up and to the right of the EGR valve? The best I can tell it's part number might be 6L5Z-9Y476-A, but I can't find a photo and it's discontinued. If no one makes a replacement, I was hoping I could cut the tubing off the old quick connects and replace it with new tubing. the tube is flattening and I can't pass emissions test. I did find a part 7L5Z-9Y476-C that looks exactly like what I need, but the part number is different. Any one else ever had to replace his hose?

Update- Turns out the connectors have barbed spigots off the ends. You can cut the hose off and replace it with off the shelf tubing. I bought 5/16 but it was a very tight fit. I would guess 3/8 would have been easier to press on the fitting.

Thanks for this info. I'm glad I inspected mine as it's cracking badly.
The 'original part' hose is quite contoured and includes a 90 degree bend.
Did you secure your homemade at any point or did you plumb it "as the crow flies"?

Looks to me, this application calls for a J fitting or tubing-off-the-roll which can make a sharp bend without kinking.

My hose had a straight connector at the intake manifold, and a 90 degree connector at the purge valve. I was able t cut the old hose off the existing quick connectors and push on a new hose. My hose was moulded too. I found a post in a tractor forum that talked about heating it with boiling water or a heat gun and shaping it. I tried that, but I think I was inpatient and didn't heat it enough or wait long enough to cool. There was enough space in the engine compartment to allow the hose to bend on my application.
