changing the exhaust make much a difference on a 00 4.0 4x4? mine is stock other than a mac intake ( didn't notice anything with that) may get one of the exhausts from summit ( never had a problem with summit)

Go with Glasspacks. I have a 22" and it's nice and loud with a good rumble. It's loud enough to set off an occasional car alarm. I love it and get compliments on it.

I called up muffler shops and this one place offered a flowmaster 40's series single inlet to dual outlet and having the exhaust behind the wheels for $300 then taxes. That dont sound bad does it?

trying to decide between the summit dynomax kit or the heartthrob dual glasspack kit both under $300...heartthrob kit about another $100 over the summit kit and heard that glasspacks are less efficient than conventional mufflers so most likely getting the dynomax kit...gibson and such are way out of my price range

Don't forget about Gibson, think I paid around $300 for mine and the install was not hard.

will i notice any slight increase in performance with a dynomax system? for $150 it sounds like a real good deal (i dont have too much to spend, but anything up to 250-300 is still up for consideration), but i would hope it gives just a little bit more power then stock.
