So my brother got me a new muffler for Christmas, and I'm just now going to put it on. But it seems like he got the wrong size. The in and out diameters on the muffler are 2.25 inches, while the stock exhaust piping is 2 inches. I don't think I can really return or exchange it. Any ideas of what I can do? I'm kinda stumped.

 

i went to the auto parts store and bought a little peice of pipe that went from 2 to 2.25 then i put the muffler on and just ran some pipe over the axle and dumped it
