Fuel filter clogged
Its possible. Many times with a clogged filter you may experience sputtering at times. You might as well just replace the fuel filter if it is suspect. They are cheap and easy to replace.
Not so much a feul filter issue as it's probably a fuel filter issue. But the feul filter could be an issue if there was a lack of grease put on the muffler bearings during the install. Also blinker fluid leaking onto the feul filter will damage the paper casing and could cause a possible photon leak. If that's the case, replace the flux capacitor immediately.
