Got the new JBA Headers on today...

As mentioned a few ds ago in the snapshots forum, i had purchased some JBA Headers for my 08 FX4. Had them installed today, only took around 4 hours from the shop and i got a good rate on them (my buddys cousin did them)

The Results:

-Didnt notice next to any difference in sound, however i do still have a stock exhaust system with just a flowmaster muffler (soon to change, and do a real system).

-Faster revving, which equals better throttle response.
-More torquey, definately noticeable going up hills.

Overall, pretty happy with them, and i think once i get my full exhaust system done they will work like they should and do a little more for me. I was planning on 2.5" piping from cats back to probably flowmaster super 44's or 40's... depending on price either true duals or a SI/DO sexy time. we shall see :)

Sounds like I need a set! Do some research and you will find out why no one does true duals on a ranger

Did you get any pics of them installed?

I've been considering it, but the price is stopping me

I can get pics but honestly they are so hard to see them installed lol especially with a body lift the engine just sits way too low to even see them, i mean i can barely see them even with the hood up.. but ill try and get some tomorrow lol
