efan size?

looking into getting an efan for my 2000 ranger along with my air intake and exhaust upgrades. what size fan do i go with? and who makes the best for the buck?

Check out JusnesModified.com. They sell an e-fan for our truck and it's gotten pretty good feedback. Try searching "e-fan" for pictures of it and installation.

someone suggested i should keep the stock fan and make the efan a pusher(in front). he was a 'tard, right?

there is absolutely no performance gain by keeping the stock fan on.

Go with the JusnesModified one...works great!

I had the one from SummitRacing that is gone over on this site, it's actually a Mustang one, but fits on Rangers with some modification. Well...I had that one but went through some decently large puddles doing some prerunning and the fan shattered apart! I'm guessing a ton of water got on it and caused the blades to shatter off. I replaced it with the Jusnes one and had good luck ever since, but haven't gone through any puddles since, haha.
I just installed a switch too to manually override the power for the fan in case I do go through a puddle again.

wayne is right, the key benefit to an efan is the ability to remove the stock mechanical fan!
